Role Description
The Senior Vice President, Channel Sales leads isolved's channel sales organization, setting the strategic direction for partner-sourced revenue growth and overseeing the teams responsible for regional, national, and accountant-focused channel partnerships. This role builds and scales high-performing channel sales teams, drives strategic partner engagement across multiple regions and partner types, and contributes to broader company strategy at the senior leadership level.

Set the strategic direction for isolved's channel sales organization, including regional, national, and accountant-focused partner channels.

Lead, grow, and mentor channel sales leaders and managers to support strategic external partnerships and drive core revenue streams for the business.

Develop and implement comprehensive channel strategies by segment and geography, creating and presenting high-level sales plans, setting ambitious milestones, measuring performance, and being accountable for overall results.

Establish and communicate mutual goals and objectives, building strong awareness and support for the strategic benefits of isolved's alliances at the executive level.

Formulate and oversee the execution of detailed business plans with each partner, ensuring alignment with broader company objectives and successful implementation.

Provide strategic insight and collaborate closely with senior leadership, contributing to company-wide decisions and the overall direction of the business.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.

12+ years of experience in Channel Sales or Channel Management, with significant leadership experience.

Extensive industry network with deep experience in SaaS-based solutions Partner Channel Sales.

Proven ability to build, lead, and execute strategy at an executive level in a cross-functional environment.

Demonstrated experience producing measurable results in influenced revenue or Channel Sales at scale.

Exceptional verbal and written communication, facilitation, decision-making, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
