[Hiring] Senior Sales Executive @Perseus Group, Constellation Software

Role Description

This position is with Dark Matter Technologies, part of Andromeda within Constellation Software. The role is responsible for selling software products and services for the LOS Sales Team within Dark Matter’s Revenue Organization, targeting both new and existing clients to drive revenue growth and support new-business objectives.

• Responsible for selling products and/or services, developing new accounts, and/or expanding existing accounts
• Initiates contact with prospective customers to sell targeted Dark Matter products and/or services
• Works as a member of a sales team to sell assigned products or services to identified key accounts
• Demonstrates product knowledge including various solutions, markets, and competitive intelligence
• Prepares and presents proposals to clients - utilizing Dark Matter resources and tools
• Negotiates, structures, and closes "deals" that meet customer expectations and Dark Matter’s ability to deliver
• Assists in the development of sales plans and strategies
• Meets sales goals and objectives

Qualifications

• Expert negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Analytical skills to determine client business needs and requirements and tailor solutions to those needs
• Ability to remain calm under various levels of pressure
• Ability to travel up to 35%

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
• Requires 15+ years of sales experience
• Experience selling to financial institutions and mortgage banking operations at the C-suite level
• Mortgage industry experience
• Knowledge of Dark Matter’s products, services and capabilities a plus
