[Hiring] Senior Sales Enablement Associate @Kobie Marketing

Role Description

As a Sr. Sales Enablement Associate, you will work in two modes:

• Reactively: Support active deals by producing sales artifacts on demand, including:
• RFP responses
• Pitch content
• Demo support
• Proactively: Build the enablement engine itself, including:
• Playbooks
• Battlecards
• Training materials
• Content library management

This role reports into Kobie's GTM Enablement team and has no direct reports. It is a hands-on execution role for someone with strong systems thinking who believes in progress over perfection.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in sales enablement, GTM enablement, competitive intelligence, or a related content and sales-support function.
• Familiarity with SaaS, CRM, and loyalty or martech concepts sufficient to position Kobie accurately in market.

Requirements

• Builds and maintains RFP and RFI responses in Loopio, including answer library upkeep and full response assembly under deadline.
• Produces polished, on-brand sales and training decks in PowerPoint.
• Creates enablement and training videos in Synthesia, or a comparable platform.
• Applies Claude and other AI tools to draft, summarize, and accelerate enablement content.
• Maintains sales and content data in HubSpot.
• Builds sales playbooks, battlecards, and objection-handling guides.
• Compiles and maintains competitive intelligence on loyalty and martech vendors.
• Organizes and version-controls a shared content library.
