[Hiring] Senior Sales Development Representative @Outbound Operators

Role Description

As a Senior SDR, you will be responsible for generating new opportunities for our sales team. You will engage in new account outreach exclusively cold-calling, targeting engineering leaders (CTOs, VPs of Engineering, VPs of R&D) at companies with growing AI coding and agentic inference spend. The list, tools, script, training, and everything you need will be provided. You just have to make dials and have conversations.

📍 Location: Fully remote (U.S.A. only)

Responsibilities

• This is a cold calling heavy role. Expect to spend 5-6 hours calling per day.
• Cold Calling: You will have 25 - 40 live conversations per day on 165-180 dials per day.
• Completions & Activations: Completed conversations with target prospects to assess their timing and potential fit based on their role, AI/engineering stack, and use case. Activating leads that are ready-to-evaluate.
• Book meetings: Turn initial contact into scheduled intro calls.
• Follow up: Regularly follow up with "not now" contacts.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing: Share feedback from the field, test new messaging, and help optimize outreach strategies.
• Maintain clean notes: Log activities and track call outcomes to support team visibility and performance insights (based on training).

Qualifications

• Cold calling: 150-200 dials per day (30-40 convos per day).
• Coachable, beginner mindset with pro-level skills.
• High situational awareness on a cold call.
• Excellent verbal communication (over the phone).
• Organized & Follows the Process: will use our disposition/note taking process.
• Ability to learn product messaging and translate it into conversations, can pivot as needed.
• Cold calling confident.

Requirements

• Based in the USA (No citizen sponsorship available).
• 3+ years of cold calling experience required (ideally in B2B sales).
• Bachelor's degree, Associates degree, or at least two years of work experience.
• Fits into our salary, commission and OTE range.

Compensation Details

• On Target Earnings: $120,000
• Salary: $70,000
• Commission: $50,000
• Equity: Early stage equity options
