[Hiring] Senior Revenue Enablement Specialist @Zscaler

Role Description

We are looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team. This is a remote role based in Germany, reporting to the Senior Manager, Revenue Enablement in the Sales Enablement department. Your mission will be to help increase the productive capacity across EMEA South sales teams. In this role, you will play a critical role in improving ramp times for new hires and developing our sales force, ultimately contributing directly to our revenue targets.

What you'll do (Role Expectations)

• Collaborating with senior leaders in the EMEA sales to define and execute against their revenue velocity priorities.
• Evangelizing and supporting sales activities using a value selling approach and MEDDPPICC methodology, ensuring alignment with our sales process.
• Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to identify gaps, develop programs, and execute against the defined deliverables.
• Becoming an expert in our sales process, tools, methodologies, and solutions, providing guidance and support to the sales team.
• Managing multiple enablement requests and projects simultaneously and delivering on short timelines.

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in SaaS Sales Enablement with Sales or Sales support experience preferred.
• Strong background in value selling and MEDDPPICC methodology.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in German and English.
• Ability to translate concepts, summarize and communicate complex ideas, and clearly articulate business value.
