[Hiring] Senior Retail Sales Manager @Lenovo

Role Description

The Senior Retail Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction for Lenovo’s largest and most strategic retail accounts including Costco, Amazon, and Regionals. This individual will be managing a team that will be responsible for maintaining account relationships through senior-level engagements for Lenovo’s entire consumer product portfolio. They will also develop strategies for driving market share, profit, and point of sale execution, as well as communicate and understand the critical success factors needed for our customers. The Senior Retail Sales Manager will also be engaged with extended teams in responding to our annual product lock cycles, product transition plans, and resource planning.

The position will be home-based with up to 50% travel.

• Proactive product and services selling across multiple verticals while delivering on aggressive sales targets
• Review and analyze market opportunities while evaluating competitive and technology requirements needed to capitalize on opportunities
• Understand current and future industry needs to maximize our annual product lock cycles
• Utilize a structured and repeatable business process to enable accurate pipeline management and execution
• Collaborate across Lenovo’s fast-paced and highly matrixed organization
• Manage and develop account executives to their fullest potential
• Engage senior decision makers (including C-level executives), RSA (retail sales associates) influencers, and ecosystem partners to advance sales targets
• Indirectly manage other sales and support professionals to push Lenovo

Qualifications

• 7+ years proven track record in strategic selling to Large Retail accounts in a high-tech industry required
• Possesses C-Level Executive relationship within the industry and the Retail account
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong presentation skills and ability to articulate our value proposition to our customers
• Ability to manage multiple complex sales engagements
• MBA preferred

Benefits

• The anticipated annual compensation range for this position is 123,705–189,681 USD.
• Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, skills, and business considerations.
