[Hiring] (Senior) Partner Account Executive @PTV Logistics

Role Description

At PTV Logistics, we strive to transform the logistics industry through innovative solutions and partnerships. As a (Senior) Partner Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships that support our company’s growth and success. You will work closely with existing and prospective partners to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that maximize success for both parties.

• Identify and acquire system integrators, consulting firms, resellers, and technology partners who share our vision of more efficient and sustainable logistics.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing partners, jointly creating solutions using PTV Logistics’ solution components and, where appropriate, presenting them to customers.
• Negotiate and conclude partnership agreements focused on long-term success and mutual growth.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Support, to ensure that our offerings meet our partners’ needs.
• Conduct market analyses to identify emerging trends in the logistics industry and develop innovative partnership strategies.
• Organize and lead training sessions and workshops to ensure that partners have the knowledge and skills required to effectively sell and use our products.
• Regularly report on partner activities and performance and provide recommendations for improving our partnership programs.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least three years of experience in partner management or business development, preferably within the logistics or technology industry.
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in concluding commercial agreements.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel to meet partners and attend industry events.
