[Hiring] Senior Manager of Enterprise Accounts @Purple Wave

Role Description

Purple Wave is looking for an enthusiastic person to join our growing team as the Senior Manager of Enterprise Accounts - National Construction and Aggregates. This role involves:

• Developing new business and expanding established accounts.
• Helping customers plan and execute equipment sales through Purple Wave’s no-reserve online auctions.
• Building relationships with corporate leaders, equipment and fleet managers, purchasing teams, and regional and site personnel across assigned accounts.
• Understanding each customer’s equipment replacement cycles, project schedules, purchasing processes, and requirements for selling used equipment.
• Preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating commercial terms within company guidelines, and coordinating required approvals and agreements.
• Coordinating with various Purple Wave teams to execute sales across multiple locations and maintain a consistent customer experience.
• Supporting all phases of the auction process, from identifying assets to settlement.
• Maintaining accurate customer records, account plans, opportunities, and sales forecasts in CRM.
• Representing Purple Wave at customer meetings, jobsites, quarries, trade shows, and industry events.
• Managing travel and account expenses responsibly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum ten (10) years of relevant sales experience in heavy equipment, auctions, construction, aggregates, or a closely related industry.
• Proven ability to develop new business and manage sales involving multiple decision-makers.
• Strong working knowledge of construction and aggregate equipment.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple accounts.
• Proficiency with CRM, Microsoft Office, and electronic information sharing tools.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to travel nationwide up to 75% of the time.
• Spanish speaking bi-lingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Salary ranges from $140,000 to $160,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
