Role Description

ViaCord, a Revvity Company, provides newborn stem cell preservation and genomic services for expectant families. If you are seeking a meaningful, impactful, and stimulating career, ViaCord is seeking a Senior Cord Blood Advisor (fully remote) to join our Inside Sales Team! This remote position is for an enthusiastic, goal-oriented person who thrives in a competitive and fast-paced sales environment.

This role operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Central Time (12:00 PM to 9:00 PM Eastern Time). On occasion, we'll need coverage for a Saturday shift (10:00 AM–7:00 PM ET), and you'll receive a weekday off beforehand to balance your schedule.

As a Cord Blood Advisor, you will educate families on our newborn stem cell preservation and genetic screening services. Using a consultative sales process, you will:

• Guide expecting parents through our service offerings.
• Advise them on the best options for their family.
• Confidently guide them to a decision by proactively asking for the sale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree AND a minimum of 5 years of sales experience
• OR Associate's degree AND a minimum of 8 years of sales experience
• OR High School Diploma AND a minimum of 10 years of sales experience

Requirements

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Document and track all leads, contacts, opportunities, and activity history consistently and in accordance with best practices within Salesforce.com.
• Manage and maintain a detailed pipeline to achieve assigned monthly quota.
• Contact existing client base to gain referrals and offer additional service options.
• Demonstrate technical capacity to understand sales tools (Web, database, CRM, Order Management, reports).
• Effectively articulate technical and/or clinical information in an easily understood manner.
• Master product information for accurate dissemination to clients.
• Educate prospective customers on the value of newborn stem cell banking and other services provided by ViaCord.
• Comply with assigned schedules (including on-call rotation), assignments, and productivity metrics.
