Role Description

We're seeking Inside Sales Representatives! Join the dedicated team bringing Samplize Pro to painting contractors across the country.

• Make high-volume outbound calls to professional painting contractors (100+ daily)
• Respond quickly to inbound opportunities and interested prospects
• Build rapport with business owners and uncover their needs through effective discovery
• Clearly communicate the value and ROI of Samplize Pro
• Handle objections and confidently ask for the sale
• Follow up with prospects by phone, email, and text
• Enroll qualified contractors and close business over the phone
• Maintain an accurate pipeline and follow-up activity in HubSpot
• Meet or exceed activity, conversion, and monthly sales goals

Qualifications

• 1+ years of inside sales, outbound sales, telesales, or similar experience
• Demonstrated success selling over the phone
• Comfortable with a high-volume outbound environment
• Competitive, coachable, persistent, and motivated by results
• Strong communication, listening, and rapport-building skills
• Comfortable discussing price, handling objections, and asking for the sale
• Strong organization and follow-up skills
• Experience with HubSpot or another CRM is a plus
• Experience selling to small-business owners is a plus
• Experience in painting, home improvement, contractor services, SaaS, advertising, lead generation, or other small-business services is helpful but not required

Requirements

• This is a 100% remote, work-from-home position
• Must have a dedicated, professional workspace that is quiet and free from distractions
• Reliable high-speed internet connection is required
