Role Description
Our client is looking for a consultative, full-cycle Sales Closer who can turn qualified inbound interest into long-term client relationships. Youβll work directly with physicians and practice decision-makers, manage opportunities from initial outreach through signed agreement, and keep momentum going through sales cycles that can extend for several months.
This is a dedicated sales role, not an account-management position. Youβll own the full sales process, with support from marketing and an existing sales team, and build recurring commissions as new client relationships develop.
What Youβll Do
-
Respond promptly to assigned inbound leads, qualify opportunities, and book your own discovery and sales meetings.
-
Lead consultative conversations with physicians and practice owners, uncovering business needs and building trust.
-
Present recurring digital marketing solutions, handle objections, coordinate proposals, and close new client agreements.
-
Manage follow-up and nurture over longer decision cycles, keeping opportunities moving without relying on one-call closes.
-
Maintain accurate records, activities, and pipeline stages in GoHighLevel, and coordinate closed-deal handoffs to finance and delivery teams.
-
Collaborate with the existing sales team and marketing leadership to improve lead conversion and identify recurring objections.
-
Use call recordings and AI-supported tools where helpful to sharpen discovery, communication, and sales performance.
What Success Looks Like
-
Improve conversion of qualified inbound opportunities toward a 20β30% close rate over time.
-
Performance measured by speed to lead, lead-to-appointment conversion, pipeline progression, new accounts won, and follow-up consistency.
-
Early success measured through booked meetings and pipeline development, as well as eventual closed deals.
How the Role Works
-
This is a remote role with flexibility around the workday.
-
Timely lead follow-up matters more than a rigid daily schedule.
-
Currently no required travel; future company-requested business travel would be covered.
Earning Potential
-
Temporary Base compensation: $4,000β$5,000 per month.
-
Commission: Residual commissions on the client accounts you bring in, anticipated at approximately 12%.
-
Long-term structure: Compensation designed to transition toward commission-based earnings once your recurring commissions exceed the initial base.
-
Final base amount, commission terms, timing, and eligibility will be confirmed during the hiring process.
-
Commission earnings depend on closed and retained client accounts and are not guaranteed.
Qualifications
-
Proven experience in full-cycle B2B sales.
-
Strong discovery, relationship-building, objection-handling, written communication, and closing skills.
-
Confidence communicating with educated, time-constrained decision-makers such as physicians and practice owners.
-
Ability to self-manage a pipeline, follow up persistently, and solve problems without constant supervision.
-
Comfort with CRM workflows (GoHighLevel or comparable platforms) and using performance data to improve results.
-
Flexibility to respond to time-sensitive opportunities, including some evenings and weekends when leads arrive.
-
Located in the United States or Canada; U.S.-based candidates preferred.
Nice to Have
-
Experience selling recurring services or consultative solutions.
-
Experience selling into healthcare, medical practices, medical technology, or professional services.
-
Digital marketing agency sales experience, or familiarity with SEO, Google Ads, and recurring marketing retainers.
-
Experience selling to business owners through multi-touch, multi-week, or multi-month sales cycles.
-
Familiarity with AI tools for sales-call review and coaching.
Benefits
-
Base compensation of approximately $4,000β$5,000 per month, plus residual commissions on client accounts.
-
Opportunity to build recurring commission income, with a path toward commission-based earnings as your book grows.
-

-
For eligible U.S. W-2 hires: retirement plan and flexible paid time off.
-
100% remote within the United States or Canada, with flexibility around the workday.
-
Qualified inbound leads assigned to you, with support from marketing and an existing sales team.
-
Ownership of the full sales cycle at a collaborative agency with an established medical-practice client base and room to grow its sales operation.
-
Employment classification and exact benefits depend on location and final terms.
