Role Description
The Sr. Director, Sales Operations - Storage will lead the transformation of how Storage Sales operates. This is a senior leadership role focused on setting strategy, creating operating discipline, and working directly in the data, dashboards, systems, and processes required to make the vision real.

What you will do

Establish a consistent operating rhythm for forecasting, pipeline inspection, deal review, bookings management, manager actions, QBRs, and executive reporting.

Build the historical data foundation needed to understand:

Qualifications
-
10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, GTM Strategy, or a related discipline.

Experience leading Sales Operations or Revenue Operations in a B2B SaaS or recurring-revenue business.

Ability to work through imperfect data and competing stakeholder requests.

Proven success leading transformation or build programs.

Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Strong analytical and financial fluency.

A track record of developing analysts and operators.
