[Hiring] Senior Business Development Representative @UKG

Role Description

Join our EMEA BDR Team as Sr Business Development Representative. We are entering a high-growth phase and are looking for top talent ready to grow with us.

As a Sr Business Development Representative, you will collaborate closely with your Account Executives to drive growth in the Spanish market.

• Own and manage your territory strategy for Spanish companies
• Develop and execute multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn)
• Conduct structured discovery conversations
• Partner with Account Executives on high-value opportunities
• Consistently generate qualified pipeline tied to commission goals
• Continuously nurture accounts and contacts to uncover new opportunities
• Contribute to team initiatives around process improvement, new outreach strategies, data enrichment, and CRM quality

Qualifications

• Located in or near Barcelona
• Fluent in Spanish and good English level (B2)
• 2+ years experience in outbound BDR
• Proficiency with Salesforce and modern sales tools (Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
• Executive-level storytelling and communication skills
• Exposure to structured sales methodologies (Eg: MEDDIC)

Benefits

The pay range for this position is €37,300 to €50,300. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and work location. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible to participate in a performance-based bonus plan and to receive restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
