Role Description

We are seeking a high-impact, results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to lead new-logo acquisition across North America for an established provider of warehouse management software. This is a "hunter" role designed for a seasoned sales professional who thrives in a lean, remote, and self-managed environment. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to closing, targeting 3PLs, distributors, and warehouse-heavy manufacturers.

• Own the full sales cycle for new-logo acquisition across the United States.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline through independent outbound activity.
• Conduct on-site discovery to analyze warehouse operations, identify inefficiencies, and quantify operational value.
• Engage and influence key stakeholders including VPs of Supply Chain/Operations, COOs, and IT leadership.
• Manage complex, solution-oriented sales cycles typically ranging from 6 to 12 months.
• Meet or exceed an annual quota of approximately $1.6M.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of experience selling B2B software solutions.
• Proven track record selling WMS, supply chain execution, TMS, OMS, warehouse automation, or robotics.
• Documented history of closing net-new logos with consistent year-over-year quota attainment.
• Strong ability to build pipeline independently and navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments.
• Credibility on the warehouse floor to conduct technical discovery without engineering support.
• Maturity to work effectively in a lean, remote, and self-managed environment.
