[Hiring] Senior Account Manager @Hitachi

Role Description

As a Senior Account Manager, you will support Hitachi Energy customers with a focus on strategically important Data Center accounts. You will be responsible for:

• Building and expanding customer relationships
• Managing assigned accounts
• Supporting sales target achievement
• Maintaining pipeline management activities
• Leading strategic account planning efforts
• Representing the full range of products, systems, and services offered to assigned customers
• Coordinating account planning activities
• Ensuring customer needs and expectations are addressed
• Understanding customer business priorities and long-term plans
• Identifying and prioritizing opportunities
• Monitoring market activity
• Developing responses to competitor activity

Preferred work base locations are Denver, CO, TX, CA, AZ.

Qualifications

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree
• 10 years’ experience in technical Sales, Engineering, Project Management, and/or Marketing
• Experience working with clients in the Data Center market
• Experience building and managing customer account relationships
• Ability to travel up to 30%
