[Hiring] Senior Account Manager @Kyriba

Role Description

Kyriba is seeking a professional to manage client retention and expansion, sales execution, and pipeline & forecast management.

Client Retention and Expansion

• Own the commercial relationship for your portfolio of accounts.
• Identify, mature, and close expansion opportunities.
• Develop and grow relationships with clients within your portfolio (upsell and cross-sell).
• Conduct business meetings with clients to understand accounts and uncover business initiatives and pain points.
• Partner with internal and external resources to support customer success.
• Navigate the renewal process timely and efficiently to achieve retention targets.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities within your assigned territory.

Sales Execution

• Collaborate cross-functionally with team members and business partners to define approaches and goals as part of the upsell sales cycle.
• Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations that articulate Kyriba's value proposition.
• Effectively navigate multiple levels of customer management to close deals successfully.

Pipeline & Forecast Management

• Maintain accurate forecasting in Salesforce.com with disciplined pipeline management.
• Generate leads through social selling, networking, industry events, and strategic outreach.
• Partner with BDRs and Marketing to convert qualified leads into opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quota.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients based on reliance and expertise.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance, treasury operations, or financial technology solutions.
• Experience managing full sales cycles from prospecting through contract negotiation and close.
• Excellent communication skills – ability to articulate complex value propositions clearly.
• A charismatic team player, with the proven ability to be part of a high-performance organization.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.com and sales productivity tools (Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.

Requirements

• Account Management Experience with treasury management systems (TMS), ERP solutions, or financial software.
• Background in corporate treasury, cash management, or financial risk management.
• Willingness to travel up to 30-40% for customer meetings, industry events, and team meetings.

Benefits

• Annual base salary range for this role is $128,050.00 - $161,950.00 based on a full-time schedule.
• Salary can progress beyond this range through sustained performance and demonstrated success.
• This position may be eligible for variable compensation (e.g., performance bonus or commission-based plan) and a long-term incentive.
