[Hiring] Senior Account Executive - AI Programs @TripleTen

Role Description

We are looking for a high energy, consultative Technical Senior Sales Consultant to work with a more advanced audience: experienced tech professionals who already work in the industry and are looking to deepen their expertise, switch specializations, or move into senior and higher paying roles. This is a step above our core B2C sales team. You'll be selling an advanced program to experienced engineers, so you need to hold a credible, peer-level conversation and be comfortable across the full arc of modern systems engineering.

• Operate as a full cycle sales consultant, engaging technically experienced prospects, qualifying their goals, and guiding them to a decision.
• Hold credible, informed conversations about technical topics relevant to our advanced courses, without needing to defer every technical question elsewhere.
• Present and articulate TripleTen's value proposition for career advancement and skill deepening, tailored to an audience that already has industry experience.
• Work closely with sales leadership to close complex, higher ticket deals and consistently meet or exceed quota.
• Work closely with marketing to refine messaging and positioning for this more experienced audience.
• Maintain accurate documentation of leads and pipeline progress using HubSpot.
• Bring consultative rigor and technical credibility to a team built around trust and expertise.

Qualifications

• 3+ years closing high-ticket deals ($5k+) yourself, full cycle — B2B SaaS, tech sales, EdTech or other complex products.
• Strong discovery skills - able to diagnose a prospect's goals and gaps before pitching, not lead with a script.
• Fluent English (C1 or above).
• Technical background or experience selling to technical buyers is a plus, not a requirement.

Requirements

• Weekly Schedule: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM (EST) Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM (EST) - 6:00 PM (EST) rotating Friday or Saturday.
