[Hiring] Senior Account Executive @ONEAPP

Role Description

The Senior Account Executive develops relationships and creates sales opportunities within strategic, enterprise, and Elite accounts assigned by the Regional Sales Director. This role builds trust across multiple decision-makers, understands complex partner needs, and guides opportunities through signed agreements. You will work closely with the Regional Sales Director on account strategy and coordinate with Partner Success for onboarding, ongoing account management, and expansion.

Requirements

• Build relationships with executive, regional, and operational decision-makers within assigned accounts through meetings, property visits, and consistent follow-up.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities by understanding partner priorities, business challenges, and purchasing processes.
• Lead complex sales opportunities through discovery, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and signed agreements to meet established revenue goals.
• Coordinate with the Regional Sales Director on account strategy, executive engagement, and support needed to advance opportunities.
• Provide Partner Success with a clear handoff of signed agreements, including partner expectations, commitments, and key contacts.
• Engage internal teams to address partner questions and share feedback that can improve OneApp’s offerings and sales approach.
• Maintain accurate contacts, sales activity, opportunity stages, and forecasts in HubSpot.
• Track progress against revenue goals, communicate deal risks, and establish clear next steps for active opportunities.
