Role Description
As an Acera Senior Account Executive, you’ll work alongside sharp, inquisitive minds from a wide spectrum of backgrounds and disciplines. Together, you'll explore new ideas, challenge assumptions, and shape solutions that make a real-world impact by:

Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with surgeons and operating room teams while driving adoption of Restrata®, our flagship synthetic, resorbable biomaterial designed to support soft tissue healing and reinforcement, and related product lines, through case coverage, compliant product demonstrations and education, clinical support, procedural guidance, and hands-on intraoperative support during surgical procedures.

Managing and growing sales of assigned products within a defined geographic territory, with accountability for meeting or exceeding revenue and growth objectives.

Developing and executing territory business plans, including clinical education, customer engagement, and account prioritization strategies while ensuring accurate forecasting, reporting, and inventory management.

Building and sustaining trusted relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and decision-makers across multiple hospital departments and sites of care.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university and 5+ years of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or medical field sales

OR High School Diploma/GED AND 9+ years’ experience in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or medical field sales

Current, valid Driver’s License.
Requirements

This position requires the use of a personal vehicle for company business and participation in Solventum’s Fixed and Variable Reimbursement (FAVR) program.

As a condition of employment, candidates must successfully complete a pre-hire motor vehicle record (MVR) review and maintain ongoing eligibility, including compliance with Solventum’s driver policy, insurance requirements, and annual policy sign-off.

Ongoing monitoring of motor vehicle history will be conducted.
Benefits

The base salary range for this position is $95,000.00 with additional commission opportunities based on role eligibility and performance.
