[Hiring] Senior Account Executive @Key Lime Interactive LLC

Role Description

Key Lime Interactive is looking for a Senior Account Executive who knows how to open doors, start conversations, and turn relationships into revenue. This is not an “inherit a book of business and keep everyone happy” sales role. We want a hunter.

Your mission is simple: Bring KLI into more rooms, with more great companies, solving more interesting problems. You'll own new-logo acquisition and build relationships with senior leaders across UX, CX, Product, Research, Digital, Innovation, and Marketing.

How you get there is where the fun starts. You'll:

• Hunt: Calls, email, LinkedIn, events, introductions, networking, creative outreach.
• Open doors: Turn “Who is Key Lime?” into “Where have you guys been?”
• Sell cool work: Help enterprise clients solve complex customer and product challenges.
• Find the bigger opportunity: Listen beyond the initial ask and uncover where KLI can have a bigger impact.
• Build deals people want to buy: Work with our research and strategy teams to create compelling proposals and SOWs.
• Own your number: Your pipeline is yours. Know it, grow it, forecast it, close it.
• Get out of the house: Expect approximately 30% travel.
• Have fun doing it: Enjoy working with great people.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise sales experience selling professional services, consulting, research, CX/UX, or another complex solution.
• Experience selling into Fortune 1000 organizations.
• Relationships across UX, CX, Product, Research, Digital, Innovation, or Marketing.
• Comfortable with cold calls.
• Ability to write engaging emails.
• Experience working conferences effectively.
• Comfortable engaging with both UX researchers and executive buyers.
• Understanding of UX/CX research.
• Proficient in using HubSpot as a sales tool.
• Autonomous and self-motivated.
• Competitive yet personable.
• Resilient, curious, creative, and great with people.
• Ability to create momentum.
