[Hiring] Seasonal Sales Representative @Storage Scholars

Role Description

As a Seasonal Sales Representative at Storage Scholars, your primary responsibility is being a consultative guide for customers seeking solutions for student move-in, move-out, storage, and shipping. As a member of the greater Customer Experience Team, you will be a crucial link between the customer and their understanding and adoption of the services that we offer.

Location: Remote. Open only to candidates who live in and will work from one of the following states:

• Wisconsin
• Wyoming

We are not able to hire candidates residing outside these states for this role.

What you'll do:

• Field inbound leads from both lead form submissions and inbound calls.
• Make proactive phone calls to existing and former customers to promote service usage.
• Provide service estimates for customers via call, SMS, and email.
• Guide customers through their order flow in our online portal to book their moves.
• Promote additional services and service upgrades to customers, as well as generate referrals.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication with strong sales aptitude.
• Strong critical thinking skills.
• Ability to handle fast-paced changes and intense workloads.
• Strong phone presence.
• High emotional intelligence to understand fellow team members and clients alike.
• Technologically savvy, with the ability to learn new software rapidly.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of customer-facing experience (such as retail, hospitality, or customer service).
