The Salesforce Platform & Pardot (SPP) Manager brings deep expertise in Salesforce administration, combining hands-on platform management with strategic ownership. What You'll Do

Salesforce Platform, Pardot & Marketing Automation

Own and optimize the organizationβs Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Pardot.

Lead administration of multiple Pardot instances, including campaign architecture, segmentation, engagement programs, lead scoring/grading, and marketing attribution.

Support users through ticket resolution, documentation, training, and enablement resources that drive platform adoption and operational efficiency.

Platform Architecture, Automation & Integrations

Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using flows, automation, validation rules, and AI-driven capabilities.

Manage integrations across the MarTech ecosystem to ensure seamless lead flow, campaign tracking, data integrity, and cross-platform interoperability.

Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, forecasting, and business scalability through automation and emerging AI technologies.

Data, Reporting & Revenue Insights

Establish and maintain strong data governance standards across Salesforce and Pardot.

Develop reporting frameworks, dashboards, and attribution models that improve pipeline visibility, business intelligence, and decision-making across Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations.

Cross-Functional Partnership & Enablement

Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps leadership to align systems and processes with GTM strategy.

Serve as a subject matter expert for Salesforce and Pardot, supporting end users, driving platform adoption, delivering documentation and training, and balancing day-to-day support with strategic optimization initiatives.
Qualifications

5+ years of Salesforce administration experience, with 2 years of day-to-day hands-on experience with Pardot.

Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce and Pardot configuration and automation.

Experience with Sales Cloud and reporting/analytics.

Proven ability to manage both support and strategic initiatives.

Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools to drive measurable business outcomes, such as:

Reducing manual work through automation.

Improving data quality or enrichment.

Enhancing reporting, forecasting, or segmentation.

Increasing sales or operational efficiency.
Preferred Experience
-
Strong MarTech background with hands-on expertise in Pardot, including campaign management, lead scoring, engagement programs, and Salesforce-Pardot connector configuration; experience with other marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo) a plus.

Familiarity with Apex or programmatic solutions.

Experience with business intelligence tools.

Experience with Salesforce AI capabilities (e.g., Einstein) or similar platforms.

Project management and agile/sprint experience.
Licenses and Certifications

Salesforce Certified Administrator (required).

Salesforce Advanced Administrator (preferred).

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions

This position is remote, U.S. based.

The target pay range for this role is: $100,000-$122,500.
