[Hiring] Salesforce Business Development Director @Nuvolar

Role Description

We are looking for a Salesforce Business Development Director to win new enterprise clients through Salesforce projects and turn them into long-term relationships.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Identify, prospect and win new enterprise clients in Spain through Salesforce implementation and evolution projects.
• Activate your network within the Salesforce ecosystem (account executives, partner managers and customers) to generate introductions.
• Lead discovery meetings to understand each client's business and technical challenges.
• Scope Salesforce projects with our Delivery and Tech Leads and shape tailored proposals.
• Own negotiation and closing, from proposal to contract signature, ensuring client satisfaction and profitability.
• Spot follow-on opportunities in software development, data and AI once inside an account.
• Grow accounts beyond the initial Salesforce project into larger, longer engagements.
• Keep pipeline and forecasts up to date in the CRM and report on pipeline, win rates and revenue.
• Represent Nuvolar at industry and Salesforce ecosystem events and share market and competitor insights.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of B2B sales in IT services or technology consulting.
• Background at Salesforce or at a Salesforce partner/consultancy, with a strong network in Spain.
• Proven success selling Salesforce or CRM services projects.
• Established network in large enterprises in the Madrid market.
• Excellent oral and written Spanish and English.
• Nice to have: Experience selling broader software development, data or AI services.
• Nice to have: Experience in aviation, insurance, pharma or healthcare.
