Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Salesforce Administrator to join our team on a 12-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration, configuration, maintenance, and optimisation of the Salesforce platform.

This role requires a highly skilled professional with strong Salesforce administration experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain the Salesforce platform.
• Manage users, profiles, roles, permissions, and access controls.
• Configure and maintain workflows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and automation.
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement.
• Provide ongoing Salesforce support and troubleshoot system-related issues.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective Salesforce solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within the Salesforce environment.
• Assist with system enhancements, updates, integrations, and ongoing improvements.
• Develop and maintain relevant system documentation and processes.
• Provide guidance and support to Salesforce users where required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Administration.
• Exceptional hands-on experience administering and supporting Salesforce environments.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, security, reporting, and automation.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Must be available to work according to EST working hours.
