[Hiring] Sales Support Virtual Assistant @Superpower

Role Description

We're looking for a smart, detail-oriented Sales Support Virtual Assistant to help us deliver delightful, high-quality experiences to potential SuperPower members. You'll manage inbound sales conversations, build the internal tools that make our team efficient, and make every message feel human.

What you’ll be doing

• Sales Ticket Management: Promptly respond to inbound sales tickets across platforms like Intercom, Kustomer (Zendesk alternative), or Front, ensuring replies are helpful, clear, and full of personality.
• Proactive Outreach: Monitor and follow up with potential SuperPower members who express interest—guide them toward the right product and give them the confidence to get started.
• Shortcuts & Automation: Create and maintain intelligent macros/shortcuts for common responses in Kustomer (or similar systems), reducing friction and boosting speed without losing quality.
• Notion Systems & Documentation: Build and maintain internal documentation in Notion—especially SOPs for different ticket types, workflows, and community interactions.
• Knowledge Base Development: Help draft clear, concise articles for our external knowledge base to empower users to self-serve where possible.
• Community-Savvy Communication: Bring a modern, friendly, and genuine voice to all interactions—bonus points if you’ve moderated a Discord or other D2C community and understand how to keep conversations fun, human, and on-brand.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales support, CX, or VA work (bonus for health/wellness or D2C experience).
• Have used and set up macros/shortcuts in tools like Intercom, Zendesk, Kustomer, or Front.
• Are a Notion nerd—or you're fast at learning and organizing in it.
• Write like a real human—clear, kind, never robotic.
• Love building systems and SOPs from scratch.
• Get energy from being proactive and helpful.
• Have experience with or interest in community moderation for Western D2C audiences.

Requirements

• Salary Range: $1200 - $1500 starting salary.
• Location: Remote.
• Working Hours: PST.
