Role Description
Coordinator, Sales Support provides crucial assistance to Wyndhamβs sales team and customers, helping enable revenue growth while gaining exposure across all aspects of the end-to-end sales process. Primary responsibilities include supporting sellers by handling activities across the sales process and multiple opportunities:

Responding to group opportunities including hotel sourcing.

Responding to customer requests and providing proposal and RFP response support.

Rate loading and facilitating contract execution to help secure new business.

Liaising with hotels directly to support RFP responses and address collateral needs.

Building presentations and coordinating meeting logistics with prospects and customers.
-
Identifying opportunities in executing all E-bids processed to accelerate conversion and WIN bids.

Supporting existing customers by addressing inbound requests and questions related to reporting, invoicing, and activation.
Qualifications

Bachelorβs degree required. Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Minimum 1-2 years relevant work experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and other industry-specific sales tools.
