[Hiring] Sales Specialist @Wolt - English

Role Description

Your role will be to build up our restaurant and retail portfolio in new and existing cities, by managing a pipeline of partners to target, nurture and close. This requires a good understanding of how to prioritise what merchants to target across different verticals, as well as strong communication and negotiation skills to get merchants to sign up to Wolt.

• Identify and target potential restaurant and retail SMB partners that will give our customers market leading breadth and depth of selection.
• Systematically hunt and farm a rich pipeline of potential partnerships, building strong relationships with existing and potential partners in your markets.
• Own the sales process from beginning to end, using a consultative sales approach and tailoring the pitch to position Wolt as the preferred partner for each merchant.
• Visit your assigned markets regularly to build and maintain relationships.
• Use data to understand potential venue performance to set profitable business terms and conduct negotiations that create value for both parties.
• Make sound business decisions by supporting intuition with data.
• Collaborate with our Onboarding and Account Management team to set up the new partners in the app and ensure they perform to their best potential when they go live.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of B2B sales experience, executing day-to-day independently and seeking guidance on complex deals.
• Charm, empathy, and honesty to build strong relationships.
• Experience in high-performance, high-expectation cultures.
• Hands-on, proactive approach to getting tasks done and seeing things through.
• Fluent and persuasive written and spoken communication skills in English and Polish.
• Entrepreneurial, innovative, and good at solving problems.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a rapidly changing market.
• Structured work planning and strategy development for market success.

Compensation

The successful candidate's starting total target compensation (On-Target Earnings) for this role will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on a number of job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. This compensation is composed of a percentage-based split between base salary and variable pay (where the base salary represents a percentage of the total range below). Eligible employees may earn variable compensation if they meet 100% of their performance targets. Actual earnings may be higher if targets are exceeded or lower if targets are not fully met.

This position is not eligible for consideration for an equity/RSU grant.

Poland Pay Range: 8,684 zł — 10,855 zł PLN
