[Hiring] Sales Representative with Czech @Percepta

Role Description

As a Sales Representative with Czech working at home in Poland, you’ll be a part of creating and delivering amazing customer experiences while you also #experienceTTEC, an award-winning employment experience and company culture.

Your role as a Sales Representative will involve:

• Generating new business
• Contacting existing customers
• Using a consultative approach to provide tailored solutions that meet the clients’ unique needs
• Executing sales strategies to achieve targets through both outbound and inbound sales calls

We’ll train you to be a subject matter expert in your field, so you can be confident in providing the highest level of service possible whether through voice, chat or email interactions.

You'll report to the Sales Director and contribute to the success of the customer experience as well as the overall success of the team.

During a typical day, you’ll:

• Grow your book of business by developing new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing customer relationships, and ensuring retention
• Get through to the decision maker by utilizing Influencers and Users to help close the business
• Engage customers in a consultative manner to develop value propositions that cater to their needs
• Respond to incoming calls/emails and ensure the delivery of outstanding customer experience
• Identify the customer’s shipping profile to secure their business or alternatively, refer the lead to the appropriate channel

Qualifications

• Proven track record of sales success, preferably in a B2B environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated proficiency in sales negotiation and closing techniques
• Well-rounded approach that includes cold calling, relationship building, sales process, and appointment setting
• Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets and contributing to business growth
• Proficiency in Czech (C1 minimum level) and communicative English (B1 minimum level)
