Role Description

We're looking for a confident, articulate Sales Representative to guide US-based students and their parents through the enrollment process.

• 100% inbound leads. No cold calling or outbound prospecting.
• Speak with families who have already expressed interest in the programs.
• Understand their academic goals and explain how the company can help.
• Guide them from their first conversation through enrollment.
• Combine consultative sales with meaningful work — helping students access research opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Excellent spoken and written English, with clear, fluent communication.
• Confidence leading conversations and building relationships with clients.
• Strong sales mindset, logical thinking and ability to handle objections.
• Ability to learn quickly, stay organized and work with CRM tools.
• Availability to work 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday–Friday.

Requirements

• Experience in sales, admissions, education consulting or other client-facing roles (nice to have).
• Experience working with US clients or studying in the US (nice to have).
• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM systems (nice to have).
• Experience in the education industry is not required. We value communication skills, confidence and the ability to connect with people.
