Role Description

We are currently recruiting for sales representatives at different territories across Italy. The ideal candidate will have injectables/fillers aesthetics industry experience.

The Sales Representative emphasis on customer acquisition, territory coverage, product sales and day-to-day commercial execution. You will be responsible for driving sales growth and commercial execution across an assigned geographical territory.

• Focus on territory growth, customer acquisition, product promotion, account coverage, and customer engagement.
• Manage a broad portfolio of clinics, physicians, aesthetic practitioners, and other healthcare professionals.
• Identify new business opportunities and increase product utilization.
• Develop customer relationships and ensure strong day-to-day execution of commercial activities.
• Accountable for territory performance and sales execution.

Requirements

• Previous B2B field sales experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Experience managing a customer territory or geographical area.
• Strong customer relationship management experience.
• Commercially focused with strong business development capability.
• Good understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and CRM.
• Experience within medical aesthetics, injectables, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or healthcare.
• Existing network within clinics, aesthetic practices, or healthcare professionals.
• Experience delivering product presentations or customer training.
• Knowledge of the aesthetics market and competitive landscape.
