[Hiring] Sales Representative @Colombo & Hurd

Role Description

We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our growing Business Development Team and engage with prospective clients around the world. This is a fully remote opportunity for someone who enjoys talking with people, building relationships, and helping clients find the right solution for their needs. You will engage with prospective clients virtually and represent Colombo & Hurd throughout the client experience while working closely with our Business Development Team and internal departments.

You do not need experience in immigration law to be successful in this role. We are looking for individuals with strong communication skills, a natural ability to connect with people, a positive attitude, and a genuine interest in sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage professionally with prospective clients through phone, Zoom, WhatsApp, and other virtual communication channels.
• Build rapport and establish strong relationships with prospective clients.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
• Understand prospective clients' needs and help guide them through the appropriate next steps.
• Provide an exceptional client experience that reflects our commitment to excellence and client success.
• Accurately document client interactions and relevant information in our CRM.
• Collaborate with other members of the Business Development Team and internal departments.
• Consistently meet or exceed established goals.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Complete fluency in English.
• A natural ability to connect with people and build rapport.
• Comfortable communicating with prospective clients in a virtual environment.
• Positive, professional, and goal-oriented.
• Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
• Previous sales experience is preferred, but transferable experience in customer service, hospitality, recruiting, account management, call centers, or other client-facing roles will also be considered.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Comfortable using virtual communication tools such as Zoom and WhatsApp.
• Your own working devices and a stable internet connection with a speed of over 100 Mbps is required.
• Minimum Software Requirements: OS Microsoft - Windows 11 (64-bit), OS Apple - Mac OS 15 Sequoia or Later.
