Role Description

Our client is reimagining what it means to move across borders. From tuition and SEVIS payments to visas and scholarships, they're helping Africans navigate education and travel with confidence. They are searching for a Sales & Partnerships Associate who can open doors, build bridges, and drive growth. This is not just sales; it’s about creating meaningful partnerships in the travel and education space and expanding the reach of a brand that’s changing lives.

Responsibilities

• You will identify, pitch, and close partnerships with schools, travel agencies, and education consultants.
• You will manage and nurture B2B and B2C partner relationships to drive recurring transactions and referrals.
• You will actively engage with prospective students and travelers, onboarding them to our clients' services.
• You will collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns targeting both individuals and institutions.
• You will represent our client at events, webinars, and meetings virtually and in-person to expand reach.
• You will provide structured feedback to the product team based on partner and customer needs.
• You will track, analyze, and report weekly on B2C signups, B2B deals, and conversion performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships.
• Direct experience in travel agencies, education consultancy, or school admissions.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills.
• A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• A self-starter mindset and adaptability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Bonus: Familiarity with CRM tools and digital outreach platforms.
