Role Description

We are looking for a Sales & Partner Manager for France.

• Open France. Win restaurants. Build partners.
• You're our first person for France. No team to hide, no playbook to follow. You write it.
• You win restaurants: on the phone, on video calls and in person.
• You win partners: reservation systems to enable real-time automation, and distributors to reach the market where it resides.
• You are our clients' representative within our organization.
• You convince restaurant operators, you get them onboard and active and help them grow with AssistentAI.

Qualifications

• You have 'skin in the game' – from a background in Hospitality Tech Sales or your own Front of House experience in a Food Service Business.
• You speak French at native level.
• Your English is fluent, German would be a big plus.

• You bring in agency [capacity to act].
• You see what's missing and get things done.
• You win trust before you win deals.
• Clear communication is your leverage.
