Role Description

Ellingson is hiring for a Sales Operations Coordinator to join their growing team. The Sales Operations Coordinator will be responsible for the following:

• Manage CRM data quality, pipeline visibility, and opportunity tracking.
• Coordinate proposals, bid calendars, and customer prequalification requirements.
• Prepare weekly dashboards, KPI reports, and revenue forecasts.
• Support strategic account planning and executive reviews.
• Coordinate weekly sales meetings and follow-up action items.
• Track cross-selling opportunities across business units.
• Manage incoming sales team calls and direct leads to appropriate team members.
• Support marketing initiatives, trade shows, and customer events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3–7 years in sales operations, business development support, construction, or infrastructure.
• Strong Microsoft Office and CRM platform experience.
