[Hiring] Sales Operations Analyst @Unit4

Role Description

Regional Sales Operations reports to the Sales Operations Manager. The role of the Regional Sales Operations analyst forms part of the Global Sales Operations team and focuses on supporting sales through the Opportunity Management lifecycle of a deal and proactively monitoring and highlighting opportunity hygiene issues.

• Being a super user for sales tools, answering ‘how do I…?’ questions for CRM opportunities, accounts, and data to allow sales to progress quickly and efficiently.
• Be an onboarding Buddy for new Sales joining the team, contributing to decreasing ramp-up time.
• Identify best practices and sales process improvements, sharing and documenting them for easy access by the Sales community.
• Identify and remove sales process blockers to streamline processes and enable Sales to spend more time in front of the customer.
• Monitoring and highlighting Dynamics opportunity hygiene to ensure deals can be immediately moved to Closed Won and then Booked by Finance.
• Identifying issues with data quality and managing ongoing processes to ensure CRM data cleanliness.
• Monitoring and highlighting pipeline health in collaboration with Business Operations by tracking relevant KPIs.
• Preparing and ensuring quality and timely win celebration emails are sent to inform the organization of great wins and insights.
• Identify sales knowledge gaps in tools and processes and liaise with Sales Enablement for appropriate training.
• Executing the internal cancellation process.
• Providing backup across the regional sales ops team if other colleagues are out of office.
• Maintaining the Opportunity Management process library and playbook for access to the latest process descriptions and checklists.
• Being a Subject Matter Expert for 1-2 key projects/topics, collaborating with topic owners to ensure business input is considered.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ professional experience in a sales support role.
• Experience with CRM tools.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently within a team environment.
• Ability to manage, collaborate, and critically prioritize tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Written and oral fluency in the English language.
• Excellent work ethic and reliability.
