Role Description

• Prepare and deliver client sales and design presentations for customer meetings.
• Prepare and send quotations to prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct follow-up calls and email communications with prospects and existing clients.
• Research and identify potential new customers, prospects, projects, and sales opportunities.
• Research customer projects and prepare relevant information for customer meetings and Win Maps.
• Manage customer webshops, including products, orders, and related information.
• Process, ship, and invoice customer orders.
• Monitor orders and resolve order-related issues in coordination with customers and internal teams.
• Maintain proper records of sales activities, customer information, quotations, orders, and follow-ups through the CRM.
• Prepare, coordinate, and manage LinkedIn posts and other marketing-related content.
• Support the client’s overall sales and marketing activities and initiatives.
• Document, distribute, and follow up on action points and next steps after customer meetings.
• Coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure timely follow-up on customer requests, sales opportunities, quotations, and orders.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in Odoo CRM.
• Provide regular updates on sales activities, prospects, customer orders, and pending follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Sales, Business Development, Sales Administration, Marketing, Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Odoo CRM is required.
• Experience preparing quotations, sales presentations, proposals, or client-facing materials.
• Experience conducting sales follow-ups through phone calls and email.
• Experience managing or supporting customer orders, invoicing, shipping, or webshop operations is an advantage.
• Strong research skills with the ability to identify new customers, sales opportunities, and relevant customer projects.
• Experience creating or coordinating LinkedIn posts and marketing content.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• German communication skills are a plus.
• Candidates without German proficiency may be considered if they are comfortable using AI translation tools to support communication.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple prospects, customers, orders, quotations, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong follow-up, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-focused with a proactive approach to resolving issues and completing tasks.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email, spreadsheets, LinkedIn, and online communication platforms.
• Comfortable learning and working with CRM, webshop, and other digital systems.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable equipment for remote work.
• Must be available for a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
• Must be available during German business hours (8:00AM - 5:00PM) and willing to work on holidays when required.
