Role Description
The Sales Manager leads territory strategy and team execution to achieve planned objectives in sales volume, market penetration, and profitability while ensuring alignment and collaboration across the team and with sales leadership.

Identifies strategies to increase sales of Abbott products/services and overcome barriers to growth.

Generates additional revenue and expands market penetration in the assigned territory.

Performs territory forecasting and revenue planning.

Provides actionable territory insights and trend analysis to regional leadership.

Builds trust and establishes rapport with new and existing customers, KOLs, and industry leaders.

Coordinates implanting schedules of aligned Territory Managers and Clinical Specialists.

Collects and studies information about new and existing products and monitors competitor activities.

Provides direct supervisory leadership for assigned employees, including performance management and coaching.

Fosters high trust relationships with colleagues and maintains positive communication.
Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Minimum 4 years of work experience in Neuromodulation.

Minimum 6 years of sales experience in medical devices.

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Capable of managing multiple projects and accustomed to tight deadlines.

Prefer candidates with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
