[Hiring] Sales Manager @Pavago

Role Description

At Pavago, we’re hiring on behalf of one of our clients for a Sales Manager to lead, coach, and scale a high-performing sales team focused on driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional sales performance. This is not a passive management role. We’re looking for a hands-on leader who enjoys coaching sales professionals, improving sales processes, analyzing pipeline performance, and helping teams consistently exceed targets.

You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership to strengthen the entire sales organization—from prospecting through closing—while building scalable systems that support long-term growth. If you’re passionate about developing people, improving sales performance, and leading by example, this role is built for you.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Sales Management, Business Development, Account Management, Revenue Leadership
• Proven success leading sales teams that consistently achieve or exceed revenue goals
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities
• Deep understanding of outbound sales, pipeline management, lead conversion, negotiation, closing strategies
• Experience with CRM platforms and sales reporting tools
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment

Requirements

• Experience within SaaS, B2B Services, Staffing & Recruiting, Agencies
• Experience building sales playbooks, onboarding programs, sales enablement materials
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Experience managing and scaling distributed remote sales teams
