Role Description

This full-time remote position as Sales, Leader & People - Remote offers a unique opportunity for career growth and skill development. The role involves:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
• Addressing client needs and providing exceptional service
• Leading and supporting a team of sales professionals
• Coaching and mentoring team members
• Organizing and delivering training sessions
• Connecting with families to virtually provide family protection packages
• Overseeing client interactions to maintain high service standards
• Supporting the implementation of sales strategies
• Collaborating on process improvements
• Conducting regular virtual office settings and pipeline reviews
• Working closely with recruitment and onboarding efforts

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Client Relations experience
• Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven Client Service expertise with a focus on delivering client satisfaction
• Analytical Skills to assess client feedback and propose effective solutions
• Ability to work independently and manage remote responsibilities efficiently
• Prior experience in the insurance, financial services industry or client service field is a plus
• Authorized to work in Canada
• Physically based in one of the following Canadian Provinces: British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario or Newfoundland
