Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager based in Lebanon or Egypt to lead and grow our remote sales team. This is a commercially driven leadership role for a sales professional who can develop and execute sales strategies, manage team performance, and independently handle sophisticated buyers and investors. The ideal candidate should have the ability to build a high-performing sales culture while remaining hands-on with key clients and high-value opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop the real estate sales team to achieve revenue and sales targets
• Manage qualified buyers, investors, and high-value clients from consultation through closing
• Support sales agents with complex client discussions, negotiations, and closing strategies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key investors and high-value clients
• Stay up to date with the UAE real estate and investment market
• Ensure the sales pipeline and CRM are accurately maintained and actively managed
• Analyze sales performance, conversion rates, pipeline activity, and revenue results
• Use AI, CRM systems, automation, and modern sales technology to improve client communication and sales processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in sales, real estate sales experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of the UAE property and investment market is a plus
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing sales performance
• Proven experience dealing with buyers, investors, and high-value clients
• Excellent English and Arabic
• Experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines
