[Hiring] Sales / Leasing Manager @VSF Rentals

Role Description

This role is focused on building our entire lead to lease funnel, managing all in-person showings, and helping roll out a state-of-the-art virtual showing sales system for our leasing team. If you’re organized, proactive, and customer-service driven, and most importantly, love sales, this role is for you!

• Work the lead to lease process.
• Own the process of showings, applications, leasing, move-ins, and everything in between using G-Suite software, AppFolio, and Slack with the support of our full local and virtual leasing team.
• Earn commissions for each new resident lease/new move-in, and each renewal lease executed.
• Provide top-tier service to our future and current residents.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance resident satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
• MUST be tech-savvy—familiar with spreadsheets, Google Drive, and CRM and/or property management software
• Ability to think independently and problem solve is paramount!
• You must be a CLOSER.

Qualifications

• 2 weeks PTO (minimum): No waiting period with ramp up from there.
