[Hiring] Sales Manager @Elmer's Manufacturing

Role Description

Help Build the Future of Elmer’s in Brazil by bringing the next generation of agricultural equipment and technology to one of the world’s most important and fastest-growing farming markets.

You won’t inherit a territory. You’ll build one:

• Introduce farmers and dealers to equipment and technology they may not have experienced before.
• Find the right dealers and build relationships from the sales floor to dealer ownership.
• Develop reference customers and turn interest into equipment sales.
• Run demonstrations by finding the right producer, ensuring the machine is ready, getting people in the cab, asking the right questions, and asking for the order.
• Carry field insights back to Elmer’s to help evolve products and approaches for the Brazilian market.

You won’t be doing it alone; Elmer’s team members will be on the ground in Brazil alongside you, backed by broader product, engineering, marketing, logistics, and customer support teams.

The person who builds this market today could ultimately lead the organization that represents Elmer’s across Brazil.

Qualifications

• You’d rather demonstrate a machine in the field than explain it from a brochure.
• You understand that selling agricultural equipment starts with understanding the farmer’s operation.
• You have a network, but you don’t depend on one.
• You know the difference between signing a dealer and building a dealer that actually sells equipment.
• You’re fluent in Portuguese and can communicate effectively in English with the broader Elmer’s team.
• You don’t need a mature territory handed to you; you want to point at something five years from now and say, “I helped build that.”

• Understanding of agricultural equipment.
• Passion for selling.
