Role Description

Your Role:

• Lead sales operations across South Asia for access solutions.
• Drive revenue growth, manage teams, and build strong partnerships with distributors, system integrators, and enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop relationships and specify the product and provide technical presentations with consultants, contractors, partners, and customers.
• Identify new projects and business opportunities.
• Monitor market & collect data on vertical side commercial, residential, etc.
• Handle tenders, quotations, negotiations, and order conversion.
• Maintain the project sales pipeline and forecast in SAP.
• Follow up on orders, delivery, invoicing, and payments.
• Participate in customer meetings, exhibitions, and seminars.
• Follow company sales and documentation procedures.
• Achieve project sales and business targets.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree (MBA Marketing is preferred).
• 12+ years of sales experience, with 5+ years in security/access control domain.
• Proven record of meeting sales goals.
• Excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Experience with SI Partners, Security Consultants, End Customers, etc.
