Role Description
We are looking for a driven, relationship-focused sales professional who enjoys creating new business and building long-term partnerships. This role is responsible for growing sales throughout an assigned territory by personally developing strategic opportunities with multi-unit restaurant operators, hotel projects, and stocking dealer partners.
Success in this position comes from directly influencing key decision-makers, identifying new business opportunities, and leading projects from specification through implementation. Third-party representatives and dealer partners are important extensions of our sales organization and are expected to amplify your effortsβnot replace them.

What You'll Do

Drive Strategic Growth

Personally develop and manage relationships with multi-unit restaurant operators, hotel groups, hospitality management companies, and other key end users.

Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities that grow revenue and market share.

Develop and execute a territory business plan focused on high-value growth opportunities.

Build long-term relationships that position the company as a preferred tabletop partner.

Develop Stocking Distribution

Identify and develop stocking dealer opportunities that increase product availability and accelerate sales throughout the territory.

Work closely with distributor leadership to expand inventory commitments and drive sell-through.

Create territory strategies that strengthen dealer engagement and long-term partnerships.

Lead the Sales Channel

Manage and coach independent sales representatives and dealer partners to maximize territory coverage and opportunity development.

Ensure representatives are aligned with territory priorities and effectively supporting strategic accounts.

Coordinate sales efforts across representatives, dealers, and internal teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Consultative Selling

Conduct product presentations, tabletop demonstrations, and business reviews with customers.

Understand customer operations and recommend solutions that improve their dining experience and operational efficiency.

Provide exceptional service before, during, and after the sale.

Business Leadership

Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.

Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.

Collaborate with Sales Team, Marketing, Category Management, Customer Service, and Operations to support customer success.

Maintain accurate forecasts and communicate territory performance to leadership.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.

5+ years of successful B2B sales experience within foodservice, hospitality, tabletop, or a related industry.

Demonstrated success developing new business and growing strategic accounts.

Experience selling to multi-unit restaurant groups, hotels, hospitality operators, or foodservice distribution is strongly preferred.

Experience working with independent sales representatives and distribution partners.

Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Highly organized with strong planning and territory management abilities.

Self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable working independently.

Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory and attend industry trade shows as needed.
