Job Title: Sales Manager – 3PL Logistics / Warehousing

Location: Chennai/Mumbai/Noida

Industry: Logistics / Supply Chain / 3PL

Experience: 2-6 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and manage sales-related data entry with high accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain and update sales records, reports, and databases regularly.
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance metrics.
• Lead, guide, and support the sales team to achieve targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth sales operations.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.
• Ensure all documentation and reporting are well-organized and up-to-date.
• Identify gaps in processes and suggest improvements.
• Prepare and present reports to management as required.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience in warehousing sales.
• Strong data management and MS Excel skills.
• Good leadership and team-handling abilities.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Thorough understanding of sales processes and reporting.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Candidates must have their own laptop.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi is required.
• Soft skills and excellent communication.
• Knowledge of logistics and the warehousing industry.
• MS Excel & MS Word.
• Language skills: Hindi (Mandatory) & English.
