[Hiring] Sales Executive – Healthcare & Life Sciences Digital Engineering @Gorilla Logic, LLC

Role Description

The Sales Executive will define and execute Gorilla Logic's Healthcare & Life Sciences go-to-market strategy while driving significant revenue growth across Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Device, Diagnostics, and Life Sciences organizations. This executive leader will partner with senior leadership, marketing, solution architecture, and delivery teams to develop strategic client relationships, expand key accounts, and build a sustainable pipeline of enterprise opportunities.

• Develop and execute the Healthcare & Life Sciences sales strategy and annual growth plan.
• Own bookings, revenue growth, pipeline generation, forecasting, and strategic account expansion.
• Build executive relationships with CIOs, CTOs, Chief Digital Officers, Product Leaders, and other C-level executives.
• Lead complex enterprise pursuits from qualification through contract execution.
• Partner with executive leadership, marketing, alliances, solution architecture, and delivery to create differentiated client solutions.
• Identify strategic partnerships and alliance opportunities that accelerate market growth.
• Represent Gorilla Logic at executive briefings, conferences, and industry events.
• Mentor and help scale a high-performing enterprise sales organization as the business grows.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise technology sales experience selling digital engineering, software development, IT consulting, or digital transformation services.
• 5+ years in a sales leadership or strategic business development role.
• Demonstrated success selling into Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Device, Diagnostics, or Life Sciences organizations.
• Proven history of consistently exceeding multi-million-dollar annual revenue quotas.
• Experience leading complex enterprise sales cycles and consulting engagements valued at $1M+.
• Established executive relationships within Healthcare and Life Sciences organizations strongly preferred.
• Exceptional executive communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• Ability to travel as needed.
