Role Description

We are looking for experienced, self-driven Sales Professionals / Business Development Executives who have a strong network, excellent communication skills, and a passion for generating business. The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Identifying potential customers
• Generating leads
• Developing relationships with decision-makers
• Presenting our solutions
• Converting prospects into paying customers

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new B2B sales opportunities
• Develop and maintain a strong prospect pipeline
• Connect with Founders, CEOs, MDs, Directors, HR Heads, Business Owners, and Senior Management
• Conduct prospecting through calls, LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, referrals, networking, and other channels
• Understand customer requirements and identify suitable solutions
• Schedule and conduct sales meetings/presentations
• Follow up consistently with prospects
• Prepare and share proposals/quotations with prospects
• Negotiate and close business deals
• Maintain accurate sales and follow-up records
• Achieve mutually agreed monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Develop long-term relationships with customers
• Generate business through personal networks, references, and industry contacts

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of sales/business development experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable speaking with senior decision-makers
• Ability to generate leads independently
• Existing business network or client database — an added advantage
• Highly target-oriented and result-driven
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working independently
• Proactive and entrepreneurial in approach
• Strong desire to earn based on performance

Compensation

This is a commission-based opportunity with attractive earning potential. There is no fixed salary. Your earning will be directly linked to the business you generate and successfully close. Higher sales = Higher earnings. Commission structure will be discussed during the selection process and may vary based on the product/service, deal value, and volume of business generated.
