Role Description

Location: Bangalore / Mumbai / Gurgaon

As a Solution Consultant, you will be a trusted technical advisor to customers, helping them understand how our solutions can address their most important business challenges. You will:

• Translate customer goals and use cases into technical solutions.
• Demonstrate value through compelling product and solution experiences.
• Recommend the right approach to deployment.
• Partner closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Solution Architects to move opportunities from discovery through technical validation.

This role operates on US-aligned working hours (5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST) to support stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to understand their business objectives, challenges, technical requirements, and use cases.
• Translate customer needs into clear technical solution recommendations and deployment approaches.
• Lead technical discovery sessions to qualify use cases and assess solution fit.
• Design and deliver customized product demonstrations, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts.
• Clearly articulate the technical and business value of proposed solutions to technical and executive audiences.
• Partner with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle to support technical qualification and deal progression.
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, and implementation considerations early in the sales process.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Engineering teams to validate solution feasibility and deployment requirements.
• Capture customer feedback and insights to influence product strategy and future capabilities.
• Support customers through technical evaluation and transition successful opportunities to implementation teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
• Understanding of software, APIs, cloud technologies, data, and enterprise technology environments.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Experience partnering with Sales and cross-functional teams in a customer-facing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise customers through complex technical sales cycles.
• Experience with AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, MCP, or other emerging technologies.
• Experience building technical demos, prototypes, or proof-of-concepts.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms, APIs, integrations, and cloud technologies.
• Experience working with senior technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of enterprise security, data privacy, and deployment considerations.
• Experience in a high-growth technology company or complex enterprise environment.
