[Hiring] Sales Executive @Revinate

Role Description

As a Sales Executive – Southern Europe, you will play a critical role in expanding Revinate’s footprint across Spain, Italy, Portugal, and Croatia. Working alongside our Senior Sales Executive in the region, you will focus on driving new business and scaling revenue within the independent hotel and small group segments.

What You'll Do:

• Initiate, build, and nurture relationships with independent hotels and small hotel groups across Spain, Italy, Portugal, and Croatia to expand Revinate’s market share.
• Manage full sales cycles—from prospecting and discovery to product demonstrations, proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
• Utilize a consultative, value-based sales approach to demonstrate ROI and align Revinate solutions with key business objectives of local hoteliers.
• Collaborate closely with our Senior Sales Executive for Southern Europe to drive regional strategy and capture market momentum.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, deal stages, and pipeline activity within Salesforce and Gong.
• Partner with Solutions Engineering and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and high customer satisfaction.
• Represent Revinate at regional hospitality trade shows, industry networking events, and client meetings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful quota-carrying sales experience in Hospitality Technology.
• Established network and deep domain knowledge within the Southern European hospitality market.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in the independent hotel or small group segment.
• Fluency in English; native or professional fluency in Spanish and/or Italian is highly preferred (proficiency in both is a major plus).
• Strong understanding of consultative selling methodologies (e.g., Value-Based Selling, SPIN, Sandler, MEDDIC, or Challenger).
• Working proficiency with sales tools such as Salesforce and Gong.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills tailored to regional business nuances.
• Willingness to travel within Southern Europe as required by business needs (up to 25–30%).

Requirements

• This position is fully remote; however, you must be located in the UK, Italy, or Spain and able to travel up to 25%.
