Role Description

• Identify and target large enterprise companies (Fortune 1000) and mid-market businesses.
• Oversee the sales process from the first contact to client onboarding.
• Navigate complex sales cycles and influence decision-makers at various levels.
• Meet designated sales goals.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
• Participate in industry events.
• Must live in the US, with a preference for the EST time zone.
• Possess an entrepreneurial spirit.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in securing new clients in the Professional Staffing or Managed Services industry.
• Experience selling professional staffing services (IT, F&A, Engineering) to mid-market and enterprise customers.
• Experience selling managed services like RPO, MSP, VMS.
• Well-connected within the Talent Ecosystem community (TA, Procurement, MSP, CW Program leaders).
• Established relationships with key decision-makers in Tech, Finance, Engineering, etc.
• Strong customer service abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Requirements

• Must be able to travel and attend industry conferences 2-3 times per year.
• Tech-savvy, proficient in using tools like Zoom, Dynamics CRM, and the MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
